Overview of: Using cobwebbing as a graphical solution technique for discrete dynamical systems

For a linear discrete dynamical system, one can solve it directly to determine the solution is an exponential function, such as exponential growth or decay. For a nonlinear system, we don't have such a solution formula. Instead, we can use a technique called cobwebbing to determine graphically how the solution must behave.

This worksheet introduces the technique of cobwebbing and illustrates how cobwebbing can indicate the behavior of the solution to a discrete dynamical system.
