Overview of: The stability of equilibria for discrete dynamical systems
Using the stability theorem for discrete dynamical system to determine the stability of equilibria even for nonlinear systems. For linear systems, equilibrium stability depends on the slope of the line. Analogously for nonlinear systems, equilibrium stability depends on the slope of the tangent line at the equilibrium.
